Saturday 23rd April 2022

Well today, after being the verger at St Lawrence's for a wedding we managed to do over 10,500 steps. George came with us for a walk around the village and we showed him all the new houses that have been built at the back of Sainsbury's store. We went the other way round Mile Lane, new tarmac on 3 tenths of a mile which was paid for by the 5 or more farms between them a cost of £10,000. (Pam told us so it has to be true).

Not sure if you can see further on past Colin is a darker patch of road which is the new tarmac all the way to the end.

Total today 4.5 Miles.  Plus all the walks this week totalling 8.3 Miles = 12.8 Miles

Completed 140.4 Miles and we are now in Fairy Cross passing villages with the chocolate box thatched cottages, and through Clovelly
